Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for most products (excl. underwear), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
(*Unfortunately, if you purchased underwear, considering the sensitivity of the item, we do not provide return service. Please place your order carefully.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@rosylemons.com. While your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We offer $4.9 flat rate for orders under $59. And free shipping for orders over $59.
