Pre Sale Questions

Within 24hrs after the order is placed, you can contact us at customercare@rosylemons.com to change or cancel the order. But, we cannot change an order after it has been placed after 24hrs. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. However, we are happy process a free return. Please go contact us at customercare@rosylemons.com to start a free return.

We offer standard shipping with flat shipping rate $4.9 worldwide. And free shipping for orders over $59. It usually takes 5-10 business days to deliver, depending on your specific destination. **Expected to delay during holiday seasons** Tracking numbers are provided regardless of shipping method. Tracking numbers are found at your email confirmation.

We have a 14-day return policy for most products (excl. underwear), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (*Unfortunately, if you purchased underwear, considering the sensitivity of the item, we do not provide return service. Please place your order carefully.)
